Well-made corporate letters are what gives a facade real presence: a flat sticker is not the same as a logo with genuine volume, its own shadow, and a finish that lasts for years on the street. At Original Graphics we design, cut and mount corporate letters from our workshop in Caldes de Malavella, for shops, offices and chains that want an entrance that matches the quality of their brand.
We adapt every project to the budget and the effect you're after, from a simple letter to a full illuminated set.
We start with a design or mock-up over a real photo of the facade, so you can see the finish before anything is made. Once approved, we cut and assemble the letter at our workshop; if it's illuminated, we prepare a watertight, certified electrical installation, with the driver and wiring hidden so nothing shows from the outside. We handle the final mounting ourselves, with anchors suited to the surface — brick, stone, glass or metal cladding — so it stays firm with no visible marks. For projects with several letters or a complex logo, we first mount a made-to-measure template to make sure the alignment and spacing between letters is exact before fixing them permanently.
We work with acrylic in multiple colours and thicknesses, natural or lacquered aluminium, Dibond (composite aluminium panel) and expanded PVC for interiors. Each material has its best use: acrylic works especially well for backlit letters because it lets light through evenly; aluminium and Dibond hold up better outdoors on very exposed facades; PVC is more affordable for interiors where extreme durability isn't needed. For illuminated sets we use low-consumption, long-life LED with a properly sized driver so it doesn't cause problems years down the line, and a watertight connection (IP65 or higher) for outdoor installations.
Installing corporate letters on a facade facing a public street usually requires a council procedure — a prior notice or minor works permit, depending on the town hall — and if the building sits in a historic centre or has some level of heritage protection, there can be extra restrictions on size, colour or the type of mounting. We prepare the technical documentation needed (a scaled drawing, a materials specification, electrical load if it's LED) so the paperwork with the council moves faster, and we flag any limitation before designing anything.

It depends on the size, the material and whether they're illuminated. A simple non-LED set is usually ready within a few days; a full illuminated project with an electrical installation can take longer to manufacture. We give you an exact timeline once we've seen the project.
Yes. We use low-consumption LED available in warm white, cool white or colour, and even RGB versions if you want to be able to change the colour. The driver is sized to the set so the brightness stays even and lasts for years without issues.
That's not a problem: we adapt the anchoring system to the type of surface. On brick and stone we use specific chemical or mechanical anchors; on glass, structural adhesives; on metal cladding, self-tapping screws or magnets depending on the weight. We check the facade before deciding on the final system.
